  • $75 Neighborhood Services Fund
  • Install and use an ignition interlock device

Third Offense

  • Spend 48 hours in a New Jersey IDRC
  • Lose your license for two years
  • $1000 fine
  • $100 fine to the Drunk Driving Fund
  • $75 fine to the Neighborhood Services Fund
  • At your own cost, install and use an ignition interlock device
